Google reviews data use
Updated October 31, 2026This notice describes the Google Business Profile connection used to display reviews on Wrenda Cockrell’s website.
Information used
With the business profile owner’s authorization, the server reads the profile identity and its Google review information. The website displays the rating, review count, reviewer name, review text, date, public profile image when available, and a link to Google. Reviews are provided by Google and are not filtered by star rating.
Purpose and temporary storage
The connection is used to display public feedback about Wrenda’s business. A temporary server-side copy makes pages faster. Reviews refresh every 12 hours; the display stops using a copy once it is 24 hours old. The refresh process replaces or removes expired copies. The website does not keep a permanent review archive or use the connection to edit reviews or business listings.
Authorization and access
The business owner authorizes the connection through Google. Authorization credentials are kept on the server and are not included in website pages or browser scripts. Visitors do not need to connect their Google account to read reviews. Leaving a review takes visitors to Google, where Google’s own sign-in and privacy practices apply.
Google’s permission for this connection includes business management access, but this website’s integration performs read-only requests. Google review information is not sold or used by this integration for advertising.
Control and contact
The profile owner can revoke the connection through Google Account connections. Questions or requests about this website’s copy of review information can be sent to WrendaCockrell@yahoo.com. Changes to the original review must be made through Google.
This notice concerns the Google reviews connection. Other website features, including optional visitor analytics, follow the choices presented by the website’s consent controls.
